Webinars are Mike’s passion. Even his automobile license plate spells out WEBINR. As an Executive Webinar Producer he’s produced and moderated hundreds of webinars for global industry brands such as Bosch, Cox Automotive, Dex Media, DHL, Elsevier, Google, IBM, Intel, Microsoft, Oracle, Underwriters Laboratories as well as many emerging B2B and SMB firms such as Sandstone Global Team Training, The Friedman Group and Mercer International, etc.
Prior to becoming a webinar professional, he spent over 25 years with such firms as Apple, Oracle, MapInfo and other enterprise technology firms. Most of his career was spent in the sales trenches as well as in senior leadership positions responsible for managing global teams, alliances, channels and driving revenue.
As a result, he learned how to help brands and media pubs such as Directions Media, InsideGNSS and Internet Retailer use webinars to reach new markets while delighting their audiences. When he’s not producing webinars, Mike is an avid road cyclist.
Fun fact: Early in his career, Mike applied for a patent for developing an automated system for tracking activity of rodents in food processing plants called RAMS — Rodent Activity Monitoring System.

As Executive Director of Production, Lori leverages her unique background and skill set to understand your business’ unique story and coach and mentor you and your team as Webinar speakers to ensure that each and every Webinar hits its mark in attracting valuable leads, engaging those who attend, and showing your business in its absolute best light.
A pioneer in the online communication field, Lori has spent much of the last eight years crafting and facilitating high-impact trainings and webinars for delivery to online audiences. A Spanish major from Tulane University with a Masters degree from Columbia University, Lori has lived in Mexico, studied in Madrid and worked in South Korea for two of their most powerful conglomerates – POSCO and Samsung Corporation where she designed and delivered highly-rated soft landing programs for Korea’s fast-track managers and executives.
Lori’s background with Citrix, Samsung, Posco, University of California, Virtual Junction, and currently WebAttract gives her a unique skill set that includes experience in the development, design, delivery and evaluation of online training programs geared toward international audiences ranging from university students to ”C-suite” executives, as well as producing large-scale lead-generation webinars with a focus on audience engagement and thought leadership. While at Citrix, Lori logged close to 500 web events and directed their online training efforts with a team of 5 trainers and 2 webinar consultants, touching well over 50,000 customers and employees.
Fun fact: Lori started SCUBA diving in her family pool at age 6, was certified as an open water diver four years later and took her deepest dive to 190 feet in the Cayman Islands at the age of 12.

Senior Webinar Producer
As the logistics producer, Terry assists and coaches WebAttract’s clients to promote their brand, thought leadership and drive fresh new sales leads. She manages the logistics before, during and after the webinar, assists in the overall business planning, helps shape the messaging for engaging webinars, provides creative suggestions for compelling presentations and handles the production and post-production of live web-based events.
Terry draws from over 20 years of experience in hosted services, client-server, cloud, CRM, ERP, IT infrastructure and technology support, performing in various roles including product management, marketing, sales engineering, research, analysis, presentations and webinars. Terry’s background includes senior management roles at Citrix Online, Remedy (BMC Software) and Tektronix. She was responsible for building and managing product development teams and bringing to market product offerings. As product manager, she also handled marketing, support, publication, website and document creation. She presented at many conferences as well as to customers and internal groups in-person and virtually.
Terry holds a Master of Arts in International Economic Affairs and a Master of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics and attended the University of Heidelberg in Germany, where she studied economics. She also holds multiple certifications in Product Management, Microsoft, Unix and others.
Fun fact: When Terry was 16 years old she learned how to fly a 1946 Cessna 140 airplane (a “tail-dragger”). On her 17th birthday she made her first solo flight. She financed all the lessons herself by working at the local drive-in movie theater.
As Executive Director of Client Collaboration, Patty has enjoyed collaborating with companies like Apple Computer, Microsoft, Government Technology, AT&T, Citrix, Deloitte, HP, IBM, SAS, SAP, SUN, and Unisys to create timely educational events to help them raise brand awareness, thought leadership and increase revenue. By working closely with clients, Patty’s expertise and her passion for creating successful events is a big asset to the development and creation of successful webinars.
Patty has 25 years of experience in creating, producing and managing professional events. Her background includes project management of special, informational and focused two day events for executive level attendees as well as being a national conference director for various week long state and national conferences and trade shows for 5,000 to 10,000 plus attendees. Needless to say, she is very detailed oriented in a fast-paced deadline driven environment where she ensures that deliverables and milestones are met.
Fun fact: Patty went from Kansas prairie girl to working with the White House where she was the director of the first White House seminar on Electronic Funds Transfer and worked with Ester Peterson, President Jimmy Carter’s Director of the Office of Consumer Affairs
As the Senior Marketing Analyst, Courtney protects and promotes WebAttract’s brand via behind the scenes work in customer relationship management systems and wordpress. In May of 2014, she graduated with Honors from The Ohio State University where she studied Marketing, Psychology and Spanish. The summer before her senior year, Courtney interned with the Nashville Entrepreneur Center and developed a strong interest in entrepreneurship. Since graduation, she has sought out experiences with start-ups and small businesses where she has to bring a wide variety of skills to the table, but can also put her marketing education to work creating websites, designing email marketing campaigns, and writing blog posts. Courtney is very much driven by her desire to learn as well as her delight in seeing small businesses succeed.
Fun fact: Ever since Courtney’s little sister was born with Down Syndrome, she has been passionate about helping those with disabilities. In high school, she tutored a student with Autism and in college, she enjoyed teaching adaptive swim lessons.
As the Director of Marketing Automation, Jamie manages the email campaigns that drive registration to clients’ webinars. She uses a variety of best practices to drive deliverability, reduce spam, and increase the open and click-through rates resulting in more webinar attendees. Jamie’s background is in marketing, customer experience, and client engagement for well-known companies including Salesfusion, a major marketing automation platform. At Salesfusion she was responsible for customer attrition, client retention, educating clients with product knowledge around marketing automation, and planning service delivery. One of her proudest accomplishments is growing Salesfusion’s customer base from 12 clients to 700+ clients in only 6 years with limited resources and team members. Jamie’s business interests are all about people; she loves meeting new people, engaging them in the business’s products, and seeing their amazement at what they can accomplish.
Fun fact: As a military brat, Jamie was born in Greece and lived in nine US states after leaving Greece. As a result, she loves to travel and has been to all 50 states and 15 countries. Her goal is to visit 3 new countries each year!
As WebAttract’s Manager of Creative Services, Evan enjoys laying out copy, coding and testing webinar invites for WebAttract’s clients. He graduated from East Carolina University with a Graphic Design degree in May of 2013. East Carolina University taught him a variety of fine arts, design concepts and the software required to become a young successful design professional. Proving his creative abilities, Evan was hired on as a full time Graphic Designer at a non-profit in Charlotte, North Carolina. After enjoying 2 great years working for the non-profit, Evan accepted a new position as a Digital Designer at a small digital design agency. As a Digital Designer he has the chance to jump between several roles, including all creative branding efforts, custom website design, and UX/UI for Start-Ups.
Fun fact: Evan has traveled to 30 U.S. states. His goal is to visit all 50 states in the next decade.
With 20+ years of experience in developing training and certification programs for high tech, Linda brings this creative energy to WebAttract where she composes engaging webinar invitation copy to drive registration, and writes content for multiple channels – including training, ebooks, white papers, web content, customer surveys, and more. She specializes in building high-impact training and marketing programs that propel businesses ahead of their competition. Linda’s background includes designing first-ever certification programs in fields that include speech recognition, Internet, IT, software, and green technology for companies such as UC Davis Extension, Nuance Communications, USWeb Corporation, Claris Corporation, and TechRepublic.
Based on his professional career in the software industry in a number of marketing roles, Peter Rieks initially started developing websites as a hobby driven by his passion for creative designs, simple messaging and easy navigation. Quickly, this passion, attention to detail and quick turnaround grew into more than a hobby and Dedita Design was born in early 2009. Peter’s professional career started in Denmark with Borland International, then MapInfo and Vodafone during his 16 years in the UK and most recently with Autodesk and Embarcadero Technologies in the San Francisco Bay Area.
