Voice Prospector

JOB SUMMARY

Voice Prospectors do post webinar follow up with a variety of executive level prospects who registered for the event. This position reports directly to the Manager, Post-Event Sales Engagement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contact registrants via telephone to arrange for a telephone conversation to take place in the next 30 days with our client who sponsored the webinar.
  • Maintain an Excel record of the results of your calls, to be submitted daily.
  • Maintain an Excel record of all leads generated, along with related notes from your conversation with the prospect, to be submitted daily.
  • Process email responses to e-Marketing campaign which runs simultaneous to your call campaign.
  • Maintain a positive, friendly, enthusiastic demeanor while contacting prospects.
  • Be deadline driven, while maintaining a flexibility to work multiple projects daily, and adapt to schedule changes.

Content Webinar Producer

JOB SUMMARY

Content Webinar Producers are content producer/moderator who would work very closely with our logistics production team, and Executive Webinar Producer, to assist in helping/coaching our clients on translating the written invitation deliverables for shaping the messaging into an engaging webinar.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Knowing how to coach and bring out the best in people (especially those that aren’t natural presenters) and get them to embrace our best practices
  • Understanding the business value of what is being presented and can ensure that what is being presented is “informational” and not a sales pitch
  • Being able to identity what is the best communication style (interview, panel discussion, etc.) for the webinar and quickly be able to get the buy in from the client that this is the best practice for this situation
  • Creativity around ideas on slide layouts to be more visual than text based, and even have PPT skills
  • Moderating webinars, to assume the role of the on air moderator and become the “voice” of the webinar for managing our table reads, dress rehearsals and facilitate our sound check-go live! On webinar day
  • Being deadline driven and very flexible
  • Having an interest to assume a larger role in our production by becoming an Executive Webinar Producer to train and manage other content producers

 

Logistics Webinar Producer

JOB SUMMARY

Logistics Webinar Producers are responsible for assisting in the production of live web-based events. This role requires a highly detail oriented individual who is comfortable interfacing with clients and working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and manage project timelines; ensure deliverables and milestones are met and act as primary client point-of-contact for all project related issues
  • Provide documentation and training for organizers, sponsors, and speakers.
  • Manage interactions with 3rd party vendors.
  • Oversee the production of audio / video assets.
  • Provide quality assurance for all webinar elements.
  • Manage post-production "air-brushing" and archiving of each recorded event
